The lead up to national signing day has seen colleges and universities do anything they can to land highly touted recruits. But as 18-year-olds are prone to do, there have been some notable stories of players waffling back and forth between schools.
Utah has hit the recruiting block hard grabbing five in-state commits and recruiting heavily from California and Texas.
