A Salt Lake convenience store was robbed Saturday of an undisclosed amount of cash.

Salt Lake City Police Sgt. Dennis B. Tueller said a man entered the store, 508 E. Third South, at approximately 12:30 p.m. and purchased a cup of coffee. He wandered around the store for a few minutes before approaching the clerk with a small, gray revolver. He demanded all the cash in the register, and the clerk complied. The man then left the store and headed east on foot.

The man is described as an adult male in his 30s, dark hair, medium build and approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, wearing a blue and white striped pullover shirt and jeans.
