Bill Ligety, an agent in the Park City office of Gump and Ayers, has been approved for membership in the International Real Estate Federation.
Ligety has been involved with real estate transactions involving principals from Taiwan to Scotland. He recently visited Park City's sister city, Chourcheval, France, where he met with local builders and government officials.
The only official worldwide association of real estate professionals, the federation, known by its French acronym FIABCI, represents nearly all of the world's major national real estate organizations. Membership consists of 6,000 international real estate professionals in 44 countries.
Ligety is a member of the Million Dollar Clubs of the Salt Lake and Park City boards of Realtors. In 1987 he had the third highest number of sales in the Park City board and received a special performance award.
