Maurice P. Shea, a Key Bank of Utah director, has been elected executive vice president and member of the board of director of Key Pacific Bancorp.
Shea is responsible for overseeing KeyCorp's operations in Utah. He has been affiliated with KeyCorp since 1972 and recently was president and chief executive officer of Key Bank of Southeastern New York, a $700 million commercial bank with 36 branch offices in six countries.Shea served as vice president with senior officer responsibility for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston's Fiscal Agency and Money Departments. He attended Merrimack College where he received a bachelor's degree in business administration. He receive a doctor of jurisprudence degree from Villanova University School of Law, and attended Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
