Utah State center Neemias Queta watches with anticipation as the field for the NCAA Tournament is revealed Sunday afternoon in Logan.

SALT LAKE CITY — Neemias Queta has his flight booked for the Windy City next week as one of 66 draft hopefuls set to attend the 2019 NBA Draft Combine in Chicago.

But the Utah State center won’t have to go far for his next pre-draft workout.

On Saturday, Queta will be one of six players working out for the Jazz basketball staff at Zions Basketball Campus.

Queta, 19, will be alongside Arizona State’s Zylan Cheatham, Australian big Harry Froling, Oregon’s Payton Pritchard, and Silvio De Sousa and Devon Dotson, both of Kansas. He averaged 11.8 points, 8.9 rebounds and 2.4 blocks in his lone season for the Aggies.

The Jazz are hosting their third set of pre-draft workouts after announcing the front office promotions of Dennis Lindsey to executive vice president of basketball operations and Justin Zanik to general manager on Friday.

“I greatly appreciate working with Dennis and Justin and our entire basketball operations department,” Jazz coach Quin Snyder said of the new promotions. “Having continuity with good people is certainly a positive and look forward to our continued work together."
