“There’s a new sheriff in town,” the “Child’s Play” film Twitter account tweeted. “Meet your new best friend on June 21.”

Both “Toy Story 4” and “Child’s Play” hit theaters on June 21, which appears to have prompted the less than friendly taunt from the “Child’s Play” account.

The tweet has sparked some drama among “Toy Story” fans.

“Child’s Play” stars Mark Hamill as Chucky and, according to Vox, focuses on an Alexa-like Chucky doll’s takeover of drones and other tech in his sinister killing plot.

“Child’s Play” and “Toy Story 4” arrive in theaters June 21.
