WEST VALLEY CITY — A brawl between two groups that included as many as 20 people resulted in multiple arrests on Sunday.

West Valley police received numerous 911 calls about 7:35 p.m. Sunday of a large fight near 2800 S. 5715 West, said spokeswoman Roxeanne Vainuku.

"During the course of the fight there were guns that were pulled out, a baseball bat, and people advancing on each other," according to a Salt Lake County Jail booking report for one of the arrested men. "This fight caused public alarm."

Adolfo Miguel Clavero-Hernand, 19, Abraham Simba Clavero, 23, George Gutierrez, 23, Angel Edgar Villagran, 23, and Claudia Joana Villagran Hernandez, 18, were arrested for investigation of inciting a riot.

Despite a baseball bat being recovered and guns being brandished, no serious injuries were reported. Vainuku said what started the fight was still being investigated.
