SALT LAKE CITY — The “Men in Black” are back, or should we say the woman and man in black?
A new trailer for “Men in Black: International” dropped Thursday, and it shows Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth’s characters testing out cool new gear and interacting with new alien species and Thompson learning the ropes as a new Men in Black agent.
Content warning: The following trailer contains mild offensive language.
The plot synopsis for the new film on IMDB reads, “The Men in Black have always protected the Earth from the scum of the universe. In this new adventure, they tackle their biggest threat to date: a mole in the Men in Black organization.”
A new poster was also released for the film Thursday.
A few fans likened the trailer to “Thor: Ragnarok,” as Thompson and Hemsworth starred together in that film.
The trailer excited a few fans.
Others are worried about how the film will feel without Will Smith.
The film will be the fourth in the “Men in Black” series, which originally starred Smith and Tommy Lee Jones as Men in Black agents policing extraterrestrial activity on earth.
“Men in Black: International” hits theaters June 14.
