Tawnie Moore ran the fastest time in Big Sky history in the 100-meter hurdles.

OGDEN — After setting a new conference record, Weber State senior Tawnie Moore has been honored as the Big Sky Conference Women's Track Athlete of the Week.

Moore earned the honor after posting a time of 13.25 in the 100-meter hurdles at the Bryan Clay Invitational Friday in Azusa, California.

The time is not only a Weber State record but is also now the fastest time in Big Sky Conference history.

It also ranks as the 15th best in the NCAA West Region and is the 28th best in the nation.

Moore, a native of Marriott-Slaterville, Utah, holds two Weber State school records and has won three Big Sky titles in her career.
