I am concerned about schools dropping music, art and drama programs.

I like art because you can speak you mind on paper. You can be creative and you do different projects. We don't have to pay for our supplies.

I am learning how to play the trumpet. I like music because it is a way to be joyful. I also have a music program at my elementary school. We have music every week and we play bongos, drums, pianos and xylophones.

Music is a break for me because you can relax and listen to the sweet sounds of instruments.

I hope our district does not drop music, art and drama classes because they teach me how to appreciate music. I also can see the bigger picture, like how to play instruments.
