SALT LAKE CITY — It turns out Utah TV viewers are big fans of the “When Calls the Heart.”

A new survey from Geek.com identified “When Calls the Heart” as the most binge-watched television show in the Beehive State.

“Game of Thrones” topped the entire list across the country. Here’s a breakdown of the top 10 shows nationwide.

  • “Grey’s Anatomy”

“Choosing the best show to binge-watch can be tough, especially when there are so many options on Netflix, Hulu and other streaming services. However, some TV shows have gained more viewers over the past 18 months, due to their intense plots and upcoming finales,” according to Geek.com.

Sample size: The survey’s respondents identified the most binge-watched show from the last year and a half.

Bigger picture: “When Calls the Heart” has made national headlines in the last few months since Lori Loughlin, who was one of the stars on the show before Hallmark cut ties with her, and her husband Mossimo Giannulli were accused of paying $500,000 in bribes to make sure their children were crew recruits for the University of Southern California.
