The Utah Jazz will be in the 2019 NBA playoffs, but it will take until the final moments of the regular season to determine who they will play in the first round.

The Jazz need a loss by either the Portland Trail Blazers to the Sacramento Kings or the Denver Nuggets to the Minnesota Timberwolves to play the Trail Blazers in the first round. Otherwise, Utah will face the Houston Rockets. Both games are set to begin at 8:30 p.m. MT.

Regardless of opponent, the Jazz will be the 5-seed from the Western Conference and won't have homecourt advantage. It is the third year in a row Utah will be the 5-seed. The Jazz have won their first round series in each of the last two years.

Utah also plays the LA Clippers tonight. That game also starts at 8:30 p.m.
