Ben Gajardo of the BYU men's tennis team will face Loyola Marymount and Pepperdine with his teammates on Friday and Saturday.

No. 38 BYU finishes regular season play on the road against West Coast Conference foes Loyola Marymount and Pepperdine on Friday and Saturday.

The Cougars will face LMU on Friday, April 12, at 12 p.m. PDT and Pepperdine on Saturday, April 13, at 1 p.m. PDT.

The Cougars (17-3, 6-1 WCC) swept San Francisco on their home courts last weekend, ending the year with a perfect 12-0 home record. Sean Hill and Jeffrey Hsu are nationally ranked as the No. 48 doubles team and Hill is ranked No. 103 in singles.

The Lions (5-12, 3-2 WCC) went 0-2 over the weekend, dropping matches against Portland and Gonzaga. LMU houses the No. 57 doubles duo, Nicholas Borchenko and Diego Nava. BYU holds a 7-5 advantage over the Lions in their overall series.


The Waves (9-10, 3-2 WCC) collected a win over Portland and fell to Gonzaga and UCLA this past week. Pepperdine has an 11-2 overall record advantage over BYU going into the match this weekend.
