Temperatures reached the high 60s and low 70s along the Wasatch Front on Wednesday, and spring flowers and ambitious golfers appeared on cue. Golfers follow a winding cart path as they play a round at Old Mill Golf Course in Holladay. Forecasters say the south winds bumped temperatures to the warmest levels of the year. But valley rain and mountain snow will move in on Thursday, with scattered showers lingering through Friday. The weekend is looking dry, but cooler, with highs in the mid to upper 50s.
