Utahns were springing outside to enjoy warm weather on Tuesday, as temperatures in the Salt Lake Valley reached the mid 60s beneath cloudy skies. KSL meteorologist Kevin Eubank's forecast predicts that as high pressure moves out of the state Wednesday, warm winds will push temperatures into the lows 70s. After that, rain is expected to fall and high temperatures are predicted drop down to the 40s Thursday, followed by cooler days with highs in the upper 30s through the end of the week.
