SALT LAKE CITY — The 61st Grammy Awards happened on Sunday night, and there were plenty of moments that had Twitter talking.

Kacey Musgraves took home the album of the year award for her work on "Golden Hour." Meanwhile,Childish Gambino ended the night with a victory for record of the year for his song "This Is America," according to CNN.

Meanwhile, Cardi B became the first woman to win best rap album. And Drake, who won best rap song, ignited controversy when he slammed the Grammys.

Early in the night, Michelle Obama’s appearance had Twitter going off.

Several people praised Alicia Keys for her work as a host.

Some even celebrated Keys’ work playing two pianos at once.

Drake, who won Best Rap Song for “God’s Plan,” gave a speech about how awards aren’t necessary for success.

He was promptly cut off, which had Twitter talking.

People cheered for Donald Glover, who, as Childish Gambino, won Record of the Year for “This is America.”
