SALT LAKE CITY — We had another golden buzzer awarded on Monday night’s episode of “AGT: The Champions.”

New host Terry Crews issued a golden buzzer to artist Kseniya Simonova after she performed an animation of a fellow artist who had lost touch with his parents, USA Today reports.

  • "In my opinion, you are one of the best contestants we've had over the years," said panelist Simon Cowell. "Genuinely, to see it unfold in front of our eyes and your use of music and storytelling. It was fantastic."
  • She used her sand artistry to pay homage to the artist.

Simonova previously won “Ukraine’s Got Talent” in 2009, according to The Guardian.

Crews said he was impressed with her art.

  • "I have never been more impressed with the ability to move people the way you did today,” he said.

Flashback: We’ve seen a few other golden buzzers this season. As I reported, we saw Susan Boyle and Angelica Hale earn the honor. Separately, daredevil group Deadly Games and singer Kechi Okwuchi won the buzzer as well.
