Applications must be received through wildlife.utah.gov no later than 11 p.m. on Thursday, March 7, to be included in the draw. General-season elk permits will be available July 16 on a first-come, first-served basis.

Everything hunters need to know to apply for a permit is available in the Utah Division of Wildlife's 2019 Utah Big Game Application Guidebook, which can be found at wildlife.utah.gov/guidebooks, at local division offices, and at more than 300 hunting and fishing license agents across Utah.
