DRAPER — The city’s Emergency Preparedness Committee has planned a Disaster Simulation Game on Saturday, Jan. 26, from 10 a.m. to noon at City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Road.

The event, geared for residents 12 and older, will guide participants through the process of working with other community members to prepare and respond to disasters.

According to the city, participants will learn about the importance of building coalitions across all sectors of the community and the consequences of resource investment decisions on a community’s ability to respond to a disaster.
