The story: The Deseret News reported on this star employee earlier this month. Dorothy Bale, 94, still works at the Holladay Arby’s location. And she doesn’t plan to retire anytime soon.

  • "I'm just going to go as long as they'll let me," she said, beaming. "I don't know what I'd do if I retired. I don't like to stay home."
  • The store’s manager, Cici Salvador, said she remembered thinking “She’s old” when she first met Bale.
  • Now, she sees Bale and her work ethic as an inspiration. "It inspires a lot of people," Salvador said.
