Molina Healthcare employees Chris Portelli, Leigh Burk and Renee Whitehead unload their trucks as they donate canned meat, canned vegetables, pasta, soup, chili, cereal and snacks to the Crossroads Urban Center in Salt Lake City on Wednesday. Molina Healthcare staff donated 963 pounds of food and $2,233 to the Crossroads Urban Center. The center is a nonprofit, grassroots organization that assists and organizes Utahns with low incomes, those with disabilities, and people of color to meet basic survival needs and to address essential issues affecting quality of life.
