Defensive lineman, 6-2, 337, South Jordan, Bingham High: Pepa was the Deseret News 6A MVP as a junior in 2017 and earned all-state honors as a sophomore (second team), junior (first team) and senior (first team). He's rated the No. 6 recruit in the state of Utah by both 247 Sports and Rivals.
Linebacker, 6-2, 235, Taylorsville, Bingham High: Tafuna, a three-star recruit, is ranked the No. 7 recruit in the state of Utah by both 247 Sports and Rivals.
Defensive back, 6-0, 200, Antioch, California, Liberty High: Vaki was named the Bay Valley Athletic League MVP as a senior in 2018 and played safety, wide receiver and returner in high school.
Running back, 5-8, 200, Lawndale, California, Lawndale High: Wilmore chose the Utes over fellow Pac-12 teams Arizona State and UCLA after originally committing to USC. He is rated the No. 4 overall all-purpose back in this year's recruiting class, according to 247 Sports.
Offensive tackle, 6-7, 332, London, England, Garden City Community College: Olaseni, a four-star recruit, is rated the No. 10 JUCO offensive tackle in this year's recruiting class by Rivals and earned first-team NJCAA All-American honors last year as a sophomore.
Defensive back, 5-11, 186, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Union High: McCloud was a track star as well in high school and earned second-team All-Tulsa World honors as a senior.
Quarterback, 6-0, 233, Ventura, California, University of Texas: Rising joins the Utes as a transfer from Texas, where he redshirted in 2018. He was a four-star recruit out of high school.
Offensive lineman, 6-7, 302, Brisbane, Australia, Mater Dei High: Felix-Fualalo held offers from several Pac-12 schools, including Arizona State, Colorado, Oregon State and Washington State, in addition to Utah, according to 247 Sports.
Safety, 6-2, 185, Beaumont Texas, West Brook High: Rawls, a three-star defender who earned first-team 6A Texas all-district honors, committed to the Utes on the eve of National Signing Day.
Safety, 6-0, 179, Mesquite, Texas, West Mesquite HS: Lowe is the latest in a long line of safeties to join the Utes out of Texas.
Cornerback, 6-1, 161, Phoenix, Arizona, Mountain Pointe HS: Had 51 tackles and four interceptions as senior in 2018.
Wide receiver, 6-0, 189, Deerfield Beach HS: Banton becomes the latest player to join the Utes from Florida.
Offensive Line, 6-5, 300, Rialto, California, Eisenhower HS: The first-team All-Citrus Belt League is listed as a three-star recruit by 247Sports and Rivals.
Running back, 5-10½, 187, Cerritos, California (Gahr HS): Ran for 3,144 yards and 36 touchdowns in his high school career.
Athlete, 6-8 245 Las Vegas (Bishop Gorman HS): Versatile athlete is a proven defensive end and tight end.
Offensive guard 6-3 316 Bellflower, California (St. John Bosco HS): Helped team win 13 straight games before a 17-13 loss to Mater Dei in the playoffs.
Linebacker, 6-2, 231 pounds, Barnegat, N.J., Penn State
The graduate transfer will be a senior for Utah next season. He started 21 games at Penn State from 2015-17, getting 134 tackles, 3.5 sacks, three pass breakups and two forced fumbles.
