The Indiana Hoosiers announced on Monday morning that Tuttle has officially joined the program.

The most highly touted signal caller to ever sign with the Utes, Tuttle never played a down in 2018 as a freshman and left the program in mid-October.

A native of San Marcos, California, the 6-foot-4, 207-pound Tuttle will join a Hoosiers team that went 5-7 overall and 2-7 in Big Ten play in 2018.

Utah currently has three scholarship quarterbacks on its roster, Tyler Huntley, Jason Shelley and Drew Lisk.
