Gabriel and Jenny Lynn Campbell of Forever.com get their booth ready as RootsTech opens at the Salt Palace in Salt Lake City on Wednesday. More than 25,000 family history enthusiasts are expected to convene and thousands more to tune in remotely for the conference that lasts through Saturday night. Events on the schedule include a speech from LDS President Dallin H. Oaks, first counselor in the First Presidency, and his wife Sister Kristen Oaks, at 1 p.m. Saturday. A performance focused on cultures and stories of Latin America, "My Family, Mi Herencia," was set to close out the convention at 6 p.m. Saturday.
