Outgoing Utah Valley University President Matt Holland drew praise from Utah lawmakers on Monday. The House and Senate unanimously passed a resolution honoring Holland, who is resigning from the Orem-based school to become an LDS Church mission president in North Carolina. "He's certainly been a blessing to the school, the community and the state," Sen. Margaret Dayton, R-Orem, said.
