BOUNTIFUL — Free tax help for residents who qualify will be available at City Hall, 10 E. Center, on Wednesdays beginning at the end of January and continuing through April 11.

Senior citizens should contact Devon Steiner at 801-292-1389 beginning Jan. 15. Steiner takes calls for appointments or questions on Mondays only between 9 a.m. and noon, and 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. p.m. Appointments will be available between 12:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Wednesdays beginning Feb. 7.

All others should call 211 starting Jan. 29 to make an appointment through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, which offers help to people who generally make $54,000 or less, persons with disabilities and limited English speaking taxpayers. Appointments can be made on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
