The windows will then be unveiled at 6 p.m. with the help of local Make-A-Wish children and the six local artists that created the displays. Santa is scheduled to arrive at 7 p.m. on the rooftops of City Creek Center near the food court. At 8 p.m. Ballet West will perform selections from “The Nutcracker,” and the choreographed holiday fire fountain show will debut at the Richards Court near Nordstrom.

In July, Macy’s enlisted Neil Brown, Geri Cordova, Abigail Hays, Brian Johnson, Jeff Rollo and Jennifer Vesper to each design and create 42-inch holiday ornaments decked out with hundreds of pounds of candy.
