Gary Lynn Wagstaff, 67, was charged Wednesday in 8th District Court in Duchesne County with "automobile homicide negligence," a third-degree felony, plus class B misdemeanor charges of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shanna Fay Rowley Wagstaff, 55, of American Fork, was injured in a motorcycle crash on Oct. 11 and died as a result of those injuries two days later in Provo, according to her obituary.

The Wagstaffs were married for more than 30 years. She is survived by her husband, six children and 13 grandchildren.
