According to charging documents, a 17-year-old girl was a resident at the Copper Hills Youth Center, 5899 Rivendell Drive, earlier this year. Clough was one of the girl's counselors. After leaving the facility, she friended Clough on Facebook and later on Snapchat.
Using text messages and "several social media services," the dialogue between the two became sexual, the charges state. The two soon began exchanging pictures and videos.
"The records confirm Marty asked for naked photos/videos of the victim" and that he planned to visit her "to have sex with her," according to the charges.
On his Facebook page, Clough is listed as a mental health associate at Copper Hills Youth Center.
