Food donations can be dropped off at the City Center or the Community Center. Items that are needed include unprepared Jell-O, any flavor; canned pineapple; canned corn, green beans; yams; stuffing mix, white grape juice; 2-liter bottles of Fresca; and canned cranberries. Please be sure to check the expiration dates.

Those interested in helping plan, prepare and serve the meal — not to mention setup and cleanup — should email Mayor Jeff Acerson at jacerson@lindoncity.org or Lindon Recorder Kathy Moosman at kmoosman@lindoncity.org.

The meal will be served between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 23.
