A rousing choir of Ugandan orphans sang and danced during services at Canyons Church in Cottonwood Heights on Sunday, raising spirits and funds for other children in their home country. The 17 children and 10 adults making up the Watoto Children's Choir visited Utah during their six-month tour raising funds for the Watoto village where they now live. The Watoto Child Care Ministry was established by the Watoto church in 1994 to serve orphaned children and vulnerable women in Uganda, according to the organization's website.
