The fifth and latest incident was about 5 a.m. Wednesday when a woman spotted a man looking in her window, Keller said. Police arrived quickly and an officer actually spotted the man and ran after him for a little bit before losing him in the dark. A police dog was brought to the scene and picked up the man's trail for a little bit before losing it, he said.

The man is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, in his mid-20s, with shoulder-length, dark, curly hair. On Wednesday, he was wearing a green hoodie, Keller said. He typically has been peeping during the early morning hours.
