The Bountiful/Davis Summerfest International art and folk festival is set to kick off at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, with a Street Dance celebration on Main Street, followed by three days of performances.

BOUNTIFUL — The Summerfest International art and folk festival will kick off at 7 p.m. Aug. 9 with a Street Dance celebration on Main Street, followed by three days of performances.

The free festival, which is celebrating its 30th year, will run Aug. 10, 5-10 p.m., and Aug. 11 and 12, 11 a.m.-10 p.m., at Bountiful City Park, 400 N. 200 West.

Nine performing groups from around the world will share their dance, music and culture. In addition, there will be performances by local groups, food trucks, artist booths and a children’s art yard. The event is sponsored by the Bountiful Davis Art Center.
