Hercules Aerospace has announced it will spend $4.5 million on two new additions to its Clearfield Freeport Center buildings.
The construction is expected to be completed in this fall and is being handled by Clearfield Freeport Associates.
J.G. Martin, Hercules Clearfield Manager, said the expansions involve buildings H-10 for additional chamber manufacturing capability and B-14 for additional presses for molding aerospace parts.
Hercules Aerospace in Clearfield manufactures filament-wound cases for strategic space rocket motors.
