Brooks Lennon will return to Real Salt Lake for the 2018 season after RSL reached a deal with Liverpool to bring him to Utah permanently, Goal.com reports.

The 20-year-old attacker trained with RSL's academy before moving to England to train in Liverpool's youth system. Lennon came to Rio Tinto Stadium in 2017 on a one-year loan. He impressed the RSL management with three goals and four assists in 25 appearances (15 starts).

Lennon joins Jordan Allen, Yura Movsisyan, Joao Plata, Jefferson Savarino and Luis Silva as attacking players under contract for Real Salt Lake.
