The Colorado baker case should have never reached the Supreme Court. Instead, it should have been thrown out at the state level. Jack Phillips refused to bake a wedding cake for the couple, so what's the big deal? When my bride-to-be and I shopped for a wedding cake, we went to several bakeries to get what we wanted. Two didn't have it, and we finally went to a bakery that did. It was a simple matter: Phillips wasn't the only bakery in town, so the couple could have gone elsewhere. Any business should be able to choose who they do business with.
