SALT LAKE CITY — Get ready for some major deck-the-halling and Lady Gaga-ing this weekend.

From Lady Gaga’s Utah stop of her Joanne World Tour to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir’s annual Christmas concerts, here are eight events that are sure to add some fun and Christmas cheer to your weekend.

Lady Gaga Joanne World Tour

The next destination on pop star Lady Gaga’s world tour is Salt Lake City. The six-time Grammy winner — known for songs such as “Bad Romance,” “Poker Face,” “Applause” and “Just Dance” — will perform at Vivint Arena this Thursday in support of her newest album, “Joanne.” Catch the show Dec. 14, 7:30 p.m., Vivint Arena, 301 W. Mormon Tabernacle Choir Christmas Concerts

Broadway star Sutton Foster and acclaimed British actor Hugh Bonneville will perform as this year’s guest artists at the Mormon Tabernacle Choir’s annual Christmas concerts. These concerts have been an anticipated holiday tradition for more than 60,000 audience members each year. The performances will be in the Conference Center, Dec. 14-16, 8 p.m., 60 W. North Temple, Salt Lake City, free but tickets are sold out; a standby line will form at the north gate of Temple Square approximately two hours prior to each concert (lds.org/events).

A Broadway Christmas with Brian Stokes Mitchell

Broadway, television and film performer Brian Stokes Mitchell — known for singing “Through Heaven’s Eyes” on “The Prince of Egypt” — will put on a Christmas concert with the Utah Symphony this Friday and Saturday. The performances will include several holiday favorites, including “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch!” and “White Christmas.” Catch the concert on Dec. 15-16, 7:30 p.m., Abravanel Hall, 123 W. A Kurt Bestor Christmas

This year marks the 30th anniversary of Kurt Bestor’s annual Christmas concerts, which have become a beloved Utah tradition over the years. In honor of this 30-year celebration, Bestor has invited several Utah favorites to join him onstage, including tenor Dallyn Vail Bayles, singer Lexi Walker, violinist Jenny Oaks Baker and One Voice Children’s Choir. “A Kurt Bestor Christmas” will be Dec. 14, 7:30 p.m.; Dec. 15-16, 8 p.m.; Dec. 16, 2 p.m., Eccles Theater, 131 S. Utah Symphony’s “Here Comes Santa Claus!”

The Utah Symphony will perform several iconic holiday songs this Saturday as part of the group’s LDS Church Foundation Family Series. The concert will end in a holiday singalong, and there may even be a special appearance by the jolly man himself, according to the symphony’s website. Millennial Choirs and Orchestras’ “Joy to the World”

Millennial Choirs and Orchestras will present a holiday concert this Monday titled “Joy to the World: Christmas Around the World.” The concert will bring hundreds of musicians together — including the group’s Youth Choirs, Grand Chorus and Symphony Orchestra — to perform several beloved Christmas songs and carols. LeAnn Rimes: Today is Christmas with the Utah Symphony

American singer LeAnn Rimes will bring her mix of pop and country music to Salt Lake City this Tuesday as part of her 2017 Christmas tour. Rimes’ holiday performance will feature her holiday classics, greatest hits and songs from her new album “Remnants.” LeAnn Rimes will perform with the Utah Symphony Dec. 19, 7:30 p.m., Abravanel Hall, 123 W. ZooLights

Bundle up and take your family to Utah’s Hogle Zoo to enjoy the 11th anniversary of ZooLights. See more than 200 animal and holiday-themed light displays as you walk through the park.
