Utah State women's tennis will compete at the Arizona-hosted Wildcat Invitational No. 2 in Tucson, Arizona, to conclude its fall schedule on Friday, Nov. 3 through Sunday, Nov. 5.
Utah State will be represented by seniors Maggie O'Meara and Sabrina Demerath; junior Jenna Kane; sophomores Sophia Haleas, Hannah Jones, Lucy Octave and Rhoda Tanui; and freshman Sasha Pisareva. The Aggies are set to compete in the tournament where they will face netters from Arizona, New Mexico and UTEP.
USU enters the tournament after competing at the Boise State-hosted Barb Chandler Classic last weekend. At the tournament, Haleas went 4-0 in singles to win the Orange Flight. Haleas also went 2-1 in doubles, pairing with Tanui. Jones and freshman Alexandra Taylor, who each went 2-1 in singles, won the doubles consolation draw with a 3-1 finish.
