Missionaries make use of the stairways in the Missionary Training Center in Provo, now lit with much natural light due to the new expansion.

Mormon Newsroom featured an article on Wednesday morning about the newly expanded Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah. According to the article, this expansion has been in the making for more than two years. The MTC now has two new buildings that are six stories tall and include 13 computer labs, over 100 practice teaching rooms, and 200 new classrooms. In addition, the design for the buildings make use of the natural light and allow for views of the natural beauty by featuring a large amount of glass exterior.

These photographs as well as some videos, from Mormon Newsroom, are the first released of the new expansion at the Missionary Training Center. According to the article, an open house of the MTC expansion hosted by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will run from July 31 to August 19, 2017. Tickets are available to those who would like to attend. For more information, see the article featured on Mormon Newsroom.
