Singer Katy Perry is coming to the Vivint arena Nov. 24.

Pop singer Katy Perry is in talks to be a judge on the "American Idol" revival on ABC next year, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Perry also announced her new album and tour "Witness" this morning, which includes a stop at the Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City on Nov. 24.

Tickets for the tour go on sale May 22 at 10 a.m. and her new album is set to release June 9, according to Perry's website. Pre-sale tickets will be available this Friday. Each ticket purchase includes a pre-sale order for the new album.

"American Idol," which ended its run on Fox, is expected to reveal more about the new season tomorrow. Perry has also previously been a guest judge on U.K.'s "The X-Factor." According to The Hollywood Reporter, she has passed on multiple offers to judge on NBC's "The Voice."

It is still uncertain if the former host Ryan Seacrest will return with his new job at "Live With Kelly and Ryan."
