AMERICAN FORK — The city's police department is offering a two-part class on landlord basics next month. The class will be held at the police department, 75 E. 80 North.

Landlord Basics I will be held on Thursday, March 12, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Landlord Basics II will be held on Thursday, March 19, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sessions will be taught by Clayton Morgan, Utah Valley University instructor in landlord basics.

Those interested are encouraged to attend both classes. The class is free to all landlords in American Fork who are current on their landlord registration.
