Violence: Humans are at war with an invading alien race. There are many scenes of shooting and fighting, some including massive numbers of people and aliens. Death occurs many times, as a character must die to reset the day. Planes are hit with artillery fire and people drop from them. Planes land on people. Grenades and bombs are used to destroy aliens.

Language/Drinking: A phrase is written on the side of a bus; it is seen many times. One word is cut off as a character dies. The main character slips away from the military base and goes to a bar.

Nudity/Sensuality: One character wears his armor without pants or underwear, but nothing is really shown. Two characters kiss, but nothing more happens between them.
