SALT LAKE CITY — The 11th Salt Lake Freedom Film and Storytelling Festivals begin March 17 and continue Oct. 20 and Nov. 17 at the historic Fort Douglas Post Theater at the University of Utah (245 S. Fort Douglas Blvd., Salt Lake City) from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

The purpose of the festivals is to provide enjoyable motion pictures, eclectic music and quality storytelling. The slogan of the event is "Celebrating the nobility in liberty."

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the 2002 Winter Olympics, Freedom Motion Pictures and Brian Jackson Fetzer will present the documentary "Of Fire and Ice," which details the poetry, art and music of Salt Lake City during the 2002 Games.

Morning, afternoon and evening sessions are available for adults ($5 per session) and children ($3 per session).
