After spending six years in the minor leagues, Mike Yastrzemski, son of baseball great Carl Yastrzemski, has traded in his fielder's glove for a brief case.Yastrzemski, 26, played two years at Durham of the Carolina League (A), one with the Birmingham team in the Southern League (AA), one with Buffalo of the American Association (AAA) and the last two seasons in the Pacific Coast League (AAA).

The young ball player has decided to go into the produce brokerage business in Pampano, Fla.

This year with Vancouver he played in 54 games, batted .211 in 185 appearances at the plate. He had 39 hits, including two home runs and 21 RBIs. He had not driven in a run in his last nine games.
