Inglewood Mayor Edward Vincent has temporarily traded in his Cadillac for a Pontiac thanks to a bet the Lakers would defeat the Pistons.

"It's kinda nice," said Vincent, after he was handed a key to a brand new Grand Prix SE on Friday in front of City Hall. "(t) has some nice pistons."It was in the Forum here that Los Angeles defeated Detroit 108-105 to claim a back-to-back NBA championship.

As a result, Vincent gets free use of the shiny gray car for two weeks. Pontiac, Mich. Mayor Walter Moore arranged the prize since he bet that the Pistons, who play in his home town, would win.
