A memorial service was scheduled for Byra L. "Puck" Hemingway, mother of actresses Mariel and Margaux Hemingway and daughter-in-law of Ernest Hemingway, who died at home in Ketchum, Idaho, Friday. She was 66.

Mrs. Hemingway was married to businessman and noted outdoorsman John "Jack" Hemingway, son of the renowned writer.

Born in Pocatello, she attended the University of Idaho and the College of Idaho. Before her marriage, she worked for the Army Corps of Engineers and later for United Airlines and Sun Valley Co.
