It's not just television viewers who have gotten sick of seeing "Who Wants to Marry a Multi-Millionaire" bride Darva Conger. At least some TV interviewers have no desire to ever talk to her again.

Like "Today Show" co-host Matt Lauer, who has had the "privilege" of questioning Conger three times.

"I'll be candid with you — I've been with 'The Today Show' for six years . . . and in that time I've had only one disagreement with our executive producer (Jeff Zucker) that resulted in words being exchanged between us, and that was the day," Lauer said. "It was the second interview."

Lauer had no problem talking with Conger the first time. After all, "Who Wants to Marry a Multi-Millionaire?" was big news.

"I kind of thought after the first interview, maybe she made a mistake. Maybe she just took on this show and didn't realize the consequences of it," he said. "I gave her the benefit of the doubt. And then I was out here (Los Angeles) covering the Academy Awards, and I was doing an interview at the Vanity Fair party, and there she was trying to get into the Vanity Fair party, and I thought, 'That's a little weird.'

"And so we did interview her again, and I said to her in the hallway afterward, 'Now, you're not coming back, right?' And she goes, 'No, I'm going home.' "

Conger, of course, didn't go home. After giving interview after interview about how she just wanted to return to her nice, quiet life, she instead shed her clothes for a photo shoot.

"She announced she's posing for Playboy and I said to her at the end of that one, 'Darva, this is really fun. I enjoy interviewing you, but you're not coming back now, are you?' " Lauer said. "And she said, 'Only if I do something amazing.'

"I said, 'Well, then, it's really been good knowing you.' "

And Lauer vows he will never, ever interview her again.

"I think we can agree Ms. Conger is not going to be back on the show," Lauer said.

"Yes, we have an agreement," Zucker chimed in.
