Rep. Roy Dyson, D-Md., was identified Saturday as a subject of the broadening federal investigation of defense contracting bribes and kickbacks, and sources said three is evidence the inquiry will lead to secret Swiss bank accounts.

Federal investigators are examining the possible ties of Dyson, a member of the House Armed Services Committee, and Rep. William Chappell, D-Fla., chairman of the House Appropriations Defense Subcommittee, to Unisys Corp., a New York computer and electronics contractor.
