SALT LAKE CITY — Utah Jazz point guard Dante Exum suffered a left shoulder injury after falling down hard on the court and will not return, the team said on Friday.

Exum was in a lot of pain while on the ground. As he got up, he rushed back to the locker room while holding his injured shoulder. There are no further details after that.

The Utah Jazz are leading the Phoenix Suns 65-49 at halftime.
