Utah Jazz forward Gordon Hayward (20) warms up for game 4 of the second round of NBA playoffs against the Golden State Warriors at the Vivint Smart Home Arena in Salt Lake City on Monday, May 8, 2017.

The Utah Jazzs season is over.

Trailing the Golden State Warriors 3-0 heading into Game 4 of the Western Conference semifinals Monday night, the Jazz started and finished poorly and fell 121-95.

Utah trailed by 22 at the end of the first quarter but got to within six in the third before getting routed in the fourth.

The Warriors will move on to the Western Conference Finals, where theyll face the winner of the San Antonio Spurs and Houston Rockets series, which is tied at two games apiece. This is Golden States second straight series sweep.

Draymond Green had a triple-double and Stephen Curry led all scorers with 30 points for the Warriors. Gordon Hayward carried the Jazz with 25 points.

The Jazz stayed close for 10 minutes of the quarter, but the Warriors closed on a 7-0 run and lead by 14.

Andre Igoudala scored four of the seven, and Stephen Curry made a 3-pointer.

Curry has 27 points to lead all scorers. Gordon Hayward is just behind him with 25 to lead Utah.

The Jazz outscored the Warriors 35-21 in the second quarter and trail by just eight at the break, 60-52.

Utah had cut the deficit to 10 less than four minutes into the quarter but Golden State responded and went back up by 18, 58-40. The Jazz, however, closed on a 12-2 run.

Golden State's shooting percentage dropped to 46 percent overall, while Utah's rose to 40 after the Warriors dominated the first frame.

Gordon Hayward leads the Jazz with 13 points, but Dante Exum's 11 helped key Utah's run. Stephen Curry has 18 to lead all scorers.

The Jazz's bid to keep their season got off to an awful start, as the Warriors lead 39-17 at the end of the first quarter.

Utah shot just 6-of-25 from the field while Golden State went 12-of-21.

Stephen Curry leads all scorers with 14 points. Gordon Hayward leads the Jazz with six.

SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Jazz's season is on the brink tonight as they take on the Golden State Warriors in Game 4 of the Western Conference semifinals at Vivint Arena.

A Warriors victory would give them their second sweep of the playoffs after they beat the Portland Trail Blazers 4-0 in the first round. With the other semifinal between the San Antonio Spurs tied at two apiece, Golden State would get a significant amount of rest before the Western Conference Finals.

Should the Jazz win, Game 5 would be on Wednesday night in Oakland. No team has come back from a 3-0 deficit in the playoffs.
